This is the last GSD Dispatch in its current form, but not because I’m leaving leadership behind.

The truth? I’m tired of the LinkedIn circus: ghostwritten posts, faux gurus, and recycled advice from people who’ve never led a team. That game isn’t for me.

But KCTX Advisors isn’t closing. When the right leaders or companies need help navigating chaos, I’m still here. (Just without the daily ‘thought leadership’ performance.)

What is changing? My focus.

Why Vegas?

• It’s where I love to be.

• It’s a masterclass in real-world chaos (which, ironically, makes it the best leadership training there is).

• And frankly? It’s way more fun to write about. And ironically, Sin City has fewer snakes than LinkedIn.

What This Means for You:

• If you’re there for leadership content, I’ll still share insights, just sparingly, and only when I’ve got something real to say.

• If you’re into Vegas rants, scams, and secrets, you’ll love the new Substack.

• If neither interests you? No hard feelings.

I would never spam anyone. So I can’t just migrate you.
